For the past few nights I have been keeping myself up at night just thinking about stupid shit. As much as I try to fall asleep I just lay there thinking about anything from school, to work, and also my relationships. I want to know what I can to do get myself just to fall asleep ( not med's) when I get into bed and NOT make things worse by thinking about everything. When I finally stop thinking about everything and tried to let it all go, it just seemed to get worse. Now I'm still up and have a final to take in the morning, even if the problem doesn't go away, i would just like to get a couple hours of sleep.
I get it... Karma's a bitch!
